ANIMALS.  All animals must be approved by management prior to the animal’s move in. Maximum of two (2) animals per apartment. A non-refundable animal fee of $300 is required per pet. $25.00 monthly pet rent. Fees do not apply to service or support animals. All local and City ordinances are enforced.
